This Un-chill filtered, single cask bottling from Douglas Laing has no addition of any colouring and was bottled in the spring of 2015.
This whisky has a fresh and lively nose, developing to bonfire ash, peated malt and damp earth. The palate delivers a sweet bread character with rock salt and barley sugar. The long finish is sweet cereal in style with chimney soot, caramelised oranges and smoking peat logs."
