Nicely spiced on the nose, round and full with a dark macerated fruit (distinctly Sherried) honeycomb style. The palate carries those same spices - now a little gingery with citrus, caramel and late juicy barley flavours. The finish is smooth and mellow, now with more sweet Malt, camphor, toffee, vanilla and syrup.
This single cask bottling comes from a sherry butt and is one of 232 bottles from the cask. The cask reference is DL9640"
